Maya was rescued as a kitten by a kind girl who already had a cat from a shelter. But it soon became clear – this girl was born to be the only queen of the house. She does not tolerate competition and is ready to defend her territory no matter what.

A loving yet independent girl

With people, Maya shows herself to be a loving and social kitty, but only on her own terms. She adores exploring everything around her and will participate in all your activities – though only when she wants to. It's important to respect her boundaries: if Maya isn't in the mood, she will let you know. Maya needs a home without other animals where she can feel like the rightful owner.
