Marmelad

Ironically, from birth, Marmelad's life has not been sweet. As a tiny kitten, he was taken away from his mother cat and then abandoned along with 15 other unfortunate souls in the steppes outside the city. The little ones would have perished from the elements, stray dogs, and ever-present crows if it weren't for the caring people who tried to save them. However, the shelter didn't provide much help either, and after losing a few kittens, 11 brave souls were sent to a rescue center over a hundred kilometers from their home. Now Marmelad has grown up and almost forgotten his sorrows, but he very much wants to meet his person and find a home filled with love and happiness.

A sweet kitty in search of a home

This ginger Marmelad, with his white collar, is a charismatic cat who would make anyone envious. He’s dignified, handsome, and open to people yet somewhat shy. He is cautious around strangers and takes his time to adjust. Yes, Marmelad is slightly scared of changes in his environment, sudden movements, and loud noises, but his curiosity often overshadows his fear. Did something rustle over there? It’s scary, but he needs to go investigate! Saw new cats? It’s intimidating, but he’ll want to sniff around. Marmelad enjoys playful games and adorable toys, always finding something to occupy himself when his humans are away. One cannot stay mad at him for long, as his quirky expressions can chase away any sadness. It’s impossible not to fall in love with Marmelad! He is simply meant to bring warmth and comfort and will undoubtedly become a favorite in his new family. He wouldn't mind moving to a new home, especially if there are children or other animals around.
