Fenya arrived at the "Svoboda Center" from black breeders. These are people who make money from animals that have fallen victim to fashion trends. They run a "conveyor belt" for producing puppies. Often, these animals are not treated and are fed scraps, if they are fed at all, which leaves them malnourished and unhealthy. Fenya wasn't lucky to be born in such an "unfortunate" place. But now, all of that is behind her, and the girl is safe and comfortable.
