Erons was discovered along with Simba and other exotic animals, locked in a cramped little cage. The cold and tight space of the vehicle felt uncomfortable and frightening. A long journey in harsh frost could have ended tragically for any animal. When the Volgograd police found the "Gazelle" with the animals, they were severely exhausted and weakened. They were bottle-fed and urgently given a place at the dog city "Dino." The staff at the center reacted swiftly to their unusual guests and provided them with everything they needed. Erons was in extremely poor condition and was initially afraid of people, but he quickly adapted. Now Erons and Simba have grown up, transformed into strong and proud predators, and continue to live among people and other residents of the shelter.

The Kind Heart of a Big Lion

Erons follows Simba everywhere, recognizing him as the leader of their group, though he is in no way less beautiful or stately. Erons grew up to be a friendly and cheerful little lion, spending time playing and interacting with people. Like his brother, Erons has reached sexual maturity and feels a bit sorry that they don’t have girlfriends. However, a great deal of training by the animal handlers and other staff, along with consultations from lion specialists, helps manage any potential aggression. It’s important to remember that Erons is a real African lion, not a domesticated kitten, but the constant attention and care have ensured that these young lions smoothly navigate their adolescent phase. Frequent round-the-clock interaction with people, new games, and engaging toys help them remain friendly and people-oriented. Erons and Simba aren’t looking for a home; the main thing is to provide them with support, so they are never in need. Erons is healthy and strong, but for his full growth and development, he requires a balanced diet and vitamins in “substantial” quantities.
